What You’ll Do:
Design web-based or mobile product features from start to finish, from sketching to shipping. Mainly work on web-based applications but we support mobile as well.
Collaborate closely with engineers and web developers to bring stunning and functional UX designs to live products.
Work with the broader team to ensure alignment and consistency across the platform.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Knowledge regarding Mitosis, blockchains, smart contracts, and DeFi applications
Ability to create and design low-fidelity solutions for rapid testing, based on primary and/or secondary research insights.
Experience in agile product development.
Familiarity with DeFi concepts, smart contracts, web standards, APIs, and other Web 3.0 technologies.
Experience working with remote teams.
Hiring Process
For applicants with less than 7 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied, and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.

Interview with Lead Designer
An interview with a lead of the design team to assess design philosophy and experience. This may include a design challenge or task.
Culture Interview
An interview to evaluate cultural fit, alignment with company direction and values, and to discuss resume and personal introductions.
Final Acceptance
Upon final acceptance, coordinate with the people team for onboarding.
