The Role: We seek a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Leadership:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our project roadmap

    • Build and lead an efficient marketing team

  2. Community & Social Media:

    • Drive community growth and engagement on key platforms (Twitter, Discord)

    • Oversee educational content strategy on our technology, tokenomics, and ecosystem benefits

  3. Ecosystem Positioning & Partnerships:

    • Craft our unique value proposition within the DeFi and L1 blockchain landscape

    • Identify and manage strategic partnerships

  4. Growth Tactics:

    • Implement innovative marketing tactics to drive protocol adoption and TVL growth

    • Optimize data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in crypto/blockchain projects (DeFi or L1 ecosystem preferred)

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi mechanics, and crypto market dynamics

  • Proven track record of driving community growth and engagement in decentralized projects

  • Experience with token launches, liquidity mining campaigns, and ecosystem growth strategies

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with DAO structures and community-driven governance models

  • Familiarity with multiple L1/L2 ecosystems and cross-chain DeFi applications

Hiring Process

For applicants with less than 5 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.
