Community Engagement: Craft engaging tweets seamlessly integrating Discord, Twitter, and our product. Engage with existing community members and attract new ones.
Social Media Strategy: Research, develop, execute, and continuously refine a robust social media strategy across multiple platforms to boost reach and engagement.
Content Calendar Management: Oversee our social media content calendar, ensuring a smooth approval process for all public-facing content.
Content Coordination: Plan and coordinate content, copy, and posting schedules in collaboration with internal design teams and external partners.
Innovation and Creativity: Lead innovative social media initiatives. Work with stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life effectively.
Education and Training: Educate the team on social media best practices, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our brand consistently.
Requirements:
Degen
Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a knack for innovative social media strategies.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on performance.

Hiring Process
For applicants with less than 8 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.

Culture Interview
We conduct interviews to match each other's fit, such as company direction and culture, along with Q&A based on resumes and introductions.
