Role Overview:
As a Front-End Engineer at Mitosis, you will play a pivotal role in developing a service that delivers a seamless and consistent user experience worldwide. Whether our users are in Europe, Africa, Asia, or South America, your work will ensure they receive the same high-quality performance and usability.
Responsibilities:
Experience with Next.js and Typescript
Frontend Development: Build the new Mitosis frontend from the ground up, translating UI/UX designs into functional and dynamic user interfaces. Ensure our applications are not just functional but also a delight to use.
Integration: Work closely with backend services to integrate Cosmos/EVM-specific formats and APIs. Your role involves implementing front-end logic that effectively bridges the visual and technical worlds, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaboration and Influence: You will play a key role in architectural and design decisions. Your insights will significantly impact performance optimizations and UI/UX enhancements, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.
Agility and Excellence: Embrace the challenge of fast-paced development cycles without sacrificing quality. Be a standard-bearer for operational excellence, pushing the envelope on what's possible.
About You:
Experienced Software Engineer: You bring at least 3 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Your toolkit includes advanced skills in React.js and TypeScript, enabling you to tackle complex challenges in front-end development.
Architectural Understanding: You understand high-level application architecture and object-oriented programming, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.
Design and Detail Oriented: A keen eye for good design and meticulous attention to detail are part of your DNA, enabling you to craft exceptional user experiences.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and oral English communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with a global team.
Hiring Process
For applicants with less than 8 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied, and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.
