Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand.
Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
Lead design initiatives that enhance community engagement.
Supervise the production of all promotional materials.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand standards are met.
What You’ll Do:
Work with teams to create integrated design solutions.
Produce graphics, logos, and visual content.
Incorporate community feedback to refine designs.
Manage design revisions and approvals efficiently.
Provide creative direction for digital and print campaigns.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Background in tech or blockchain, with web3 knowledge.
Ability to turn complex ideas into clear visual designs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Hiring Process
For applicants with less than 7 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied, and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.
Document Screening

Interview with Lead Designer
An interview with a lead of the design team to assess design philosophy and experience. This may include a design challenge or task.
Culture Interview
An interview to evaluate cultural fit, alignment with company direction and values, and to discuss resume and personal introductions.
Final Acceptance
Upon final acceptance, coordinate with the people team for onboarding.
