Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a CPO staff/PM. This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and gain comprehensive experience across product development, marketing, and business operations within the blockchain and fintech industry. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, passionate about crypto, interested in entrepreneurship, or has startup experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support:

    • Collaborate with the CPO to define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.

    • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to facilitate seamless product development and delivery.

    • Coordinate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity on progress, risks, and expectations.

  • Market and User Analysis:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behaviors to inform and optimize product strategy.

    • Gather and interpret user feedback to assist in product enhancements and iterations.

  • Operational Coordination:

    • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with department leaders to ensure efficiency and productivity across the organization.

    • Manage calendars, correspondence, documentation, and coordinate meetings and events.

  • Business Development:

    • Participate in developing proposals and planning sessions.

    • Support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.


Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.

  • Crypto Enthusiasm: Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain developments.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 1+ years in a Product Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar role within the blockchain or fintech industry.

  • Entrepreneurial Interest: Prior startup experience or a strong interest in entrepreneurship.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset focused on developing creative solutions.

  • Interdepartmental Communication: Strong skills in facilitating communication between departments.

  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus.

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in project coordination or similar roles.

  • Versatility: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks effectively.

Hiring Process

For applicants with less than 8 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.
