Responsibilities
Develop robust and efficient indexers for various blockchains.
Build and maintain backend systems including faucet, airdrop, and dashboard.
Create off-chain components and bots that are integral to the Mitosis core protocol.
Design and implement systems for back-office operations and data analysis.
Continuously enhance backend architecture, code quality, and productivity.
Requirements
Proficiency in at least one general programming language such as TypeScript, Go, or Kotlin.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to quickly and insightfully learn new technologies and concepts.
Self-motivated individual who can set and achieve goals independently.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
Experience with indexing blockchain data.
Strong backend engineering skills, including API design, databases, and web frameworks.
Understanding of micro-service architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., GCP).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to contribute specs and policies based on domain knowledge, not restricted to implementation.

Hiring Process
For applicants with less than 8 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.

Working-level team interview
Tea time or interview with the person in charge of each working-level position.
Culture Interview
We conduct interviews to match each other's fit, such as company direction and culture, along with Q&A based on resumes and introductions.
