Our founder/CEO, Jake, is a seasoned crypto builder and serial entrepreneur. We are a tight-knit team that has worked together for the past two years, with deep expertise across crypto and blockchain, front-end and back-end development, smart contract engineering, mathematics, statistics, and financial services. Our engineers include early and core contributors to Terraform Labs and Osmosis, among others, and we also have contributors to projects such as Berachain, Hyperlane, and Celestia. The Role: We seek a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy and elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our project roadmap
Build and lead an efficient marketing team
Community & Social Media:
Drive community growth and engagement on key platforms (Twitter, Discord)
Oversee educational content strategy on our technology, tokenomics, and ecosystem benefits
Ecosystem Positioning & Partnerships:
Craft our unique value proposition within the DeFi and L1 blockchain landscape
Identify and manage strategic partnerships
Growth Tactics:
Implement innovative marketing tactics to drive protocol adoption and TVL growth
Optimize data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies
Requirements:
2+ years of marketing experience in crypto/blockchain projects (DeFi or L1 ecosystem preferred)
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi mechanics, and crypto market dynamics
Proven track record of driving community growth and engagement in decentralized projects
Experience with token launches, liquidity mining campaigns, and ecosystem growth strategies
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with DAO structures and community-driven governance models
Familiarity with multiple L1/L2 ecosystems and cross-chain DeFi applications
Hiring Process
For applicants with less than 5 years of experience, a probationary period of 3 months is applied and there is no difference in salary during the probationary period.
